Frictionless Digital Journeys

While working with BFSI organizations, we realized the growing frustrations among the consumers and partners to smoothly and delightfully engage with brands and quickly complete their transactions.
We learned that no matter whichever technology or platform we use or however creative we get using modern UX/UI designs and techniques, the user journey will only be frictionless if technology, design thinking, and UX/UI work in tandem.
Our Design & Development Process
Discover & Define
Conduct research - stakeholder interviews, workshop and focus group interviews. This gives an insight into the objectives and vision for the platform, how the target group uses it currently, what their requirements are, what can be improved etc.
Personas & User Journeys
Once target group/segments is discovered and defined and their needs established, we work out possible user journeys in different scenarios - first time visitor, return visitor, visitor looking for a particular information etc
UX & UI Designs
The User journeys help define the Information Architecture and the Navigation i.e. Wire flows through the platform. We then design Wireframes that represent different key screens. Once the wireframes are approved, we work on the look and feel of the website and design the user interface (Visual Design)
Dev: front end+back end
This activity will start almost as soon as the project begins. The front end-development in terms of HTML, CSS and JS will be done after the visual designs are ready.
Integration & QC
Once the HTMLs are integrated with the chosen platform, we run a QC to ensure the final product is in the form and shape envisaged.
