InfoAxon automates Yes Bank’s Customer Acquisition & Customer Servicing by deploying & enhancing open source CRM application
InfoAxon has completed the successful deployment of open source CRM application at Yes Bank which was customized and enhanced to automate Yes Bank’s customer acquisition and customer servicing. Yes Bank officials quoted in the CIO magazine, “We consciously wanted to avoid settling for a system and working with it just because our organization was still evolving. We wanted a flexible solution that would change in accordance to the dynamics of our business. What we wanted was a scalable CRM that could grow as we grew and not just any CRM solution”.
The YCCRM (Yes Bank Collaborative CRM) as it is called at Yes Bank also bought huge efficiencies and productivity gains at Yes Bank. As per Yes Bank “There is servicing of 10 lakh leads and around 5 lakh service requests per year. Customer service has improved by 60 percent and turnaround time for its processes by almost 70 percent”
InfoAxon has been recognized as ‘Red Hat Ready Business Partner’ by Red Hat.

HDFC Bank selects InfoAxon to run their new open source centre
HDFC Bank Ltd, India’s second-largest private lender, plans to build in-house software applications around open source software, such as Linux, that will help automate and handle banking operations better, and work seamlessly with specialized packages that banks use. The new open source centre at HDFC Bank’s Lower Parel office in Mumbai will be run by Noida-based IT company Info Axon Technologies.
