They also realized the current communication, collaboration and knowledge management mechanisms within their teams especially sales, marketing and operations didn’t facilitate team collaboration, information findability and its re-use, and knowledge sharing. Most sales collateral and marketing documents were sent via e-mail, crowding inboxes and causing confusion about who had the most current information. The shared drives used for sharing content wasn’t sufficient, either resulting to lower efficiency and productivity.

Solution Summary : InfoAxon leveraged its Collaborative Content Management Platform (AxonShare) to implement a ‘Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing solution for IDL. It helped IDL collaboratively create, manage, and share organizational knowledge. The solution provides following capabilities to IDL:

  • Creation of IDL Intranet with separate collaboration spaces for each department like Finance, HR, Sales etc.
  • Centralized and searchable shared ‘Document Library’ for storage of organizational digital assets such as documents, worksheets, content, images etc.

  • Advanced Search capabilities to locate the relevant digital asset.
