InfoAxon was among the first of INDIAN companies that created a niche on developing solutions based on Open Source as a business model 8 years ago. We were closely associated at that time with UK Government Pathfinder projects such as APLAWS (Accessible Personalised Local Authority Web Sites) and worked closely on developing several modules for this open source project. It is then we realized the opportunity within the open source model and way of doing things the open source way.

Soon using open source technologies became the mantra of our every day life and we actively started using open source technologies and assimilating together to develop new solutions delivered in a bespoke manner for our customers.

This was followed by development of large social housing platforms for the UK government built entirely on Open source technologies. This increased our confidence and trust in open source technologies further establishing a unique way of developing a capability to deliver solutions developed using integration of open source technologies.
